Ho perso il telefono, come recupero i fondi?
Installa Vaulto (o un altro wallet compatibile) su un nuovo telefono e scegli "Recupera wallet" con le tue 12 parole.
Uno swap è fermo da molto tempo
Gli swap da Bitcoin aspettano le conferme della rete: di solito 10–40 minuti, a volte di più. In Attività vedi la fase. Se dopo qualche ora non è completato, scrivici con l'hash.
Ho ricevuto una piccolissima cifra da un indirizzo sconosciuto
Spesso è una truffa chiamata "address poisoning": non copiare mai indirizzi dalla cronologia, usa il QR o la rubrica.

Before you write

Install Vaulto (or another compatible wallet) on a new phone and choose "Restore wallet" with your 12 words.
A swap has been pending for a long time
Swaps from Bitcoin wait for network confirmations: usually 10–40 minutes, sometimes more. Activity shows the stage. If it isn't done after a few hours, write to us with the hash.

It is often a scam called "address poisoning": never copy addresses from your history, use the QR code or your address book.
